Please use the green "Register" button at the top right of this page to request a login and password, if you have not previously made an online submission to the FVLB.
When submitting a new publication to the Office of Film and Literature Classification please use the OFLC Submission form below.

Please use this document to submit a publication to be classified by the Office of Film & Literature Classification. Please use this form only if your publication has not been previously rated or classified in New zealand AND is likely to require a Restricted classification.
